Expounding More Perfectly –
In order to breath out you first have to take in a deep breath and then blow out. What was Jesus Christ doing – simple he was teaching his 12 apostles HOW TO receive the Holy Spirit
So, in a like manner after you have completed the instructions in step 1 (Romans 10;9,10) then take in a deep breath, blow out and receive ye Holy Spirit God’s Way!!!
EXPOUNDING MORE PERFECTLY If you have followed the above instructions and God has excepted you - (1 Samuel 16:7 - But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.) - then you are a true grad of Romans 10:9,10 and have received the Holy Spirit of God.
RESULTING IN
Galatians 4:7 - Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:27- Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
SURPRISE-
God has made it available to prove to yourself and others that you actually do have the Holy Spirit IN you.
Isaiah 28:11 - For with stammering lips and another tongue (Speaking in tongues) will he (God) speak to this (his) people. To whom he (God) said, this is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. (God was talking to the Jewish sect)

Expounding More Perfectly Anyone who teaches you anything different needs to do the FIRST ORACLES of GOD Hebrews 5 12-14 - "For when for the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teaches you again (to establish) which be the first principles (foundational truths) of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For everyone that uses milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age (spiritual adults), even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil."
